Phoenix Cracked Does Not Work?

Hello my fellow ragezoners. I been trying this cracked phoenix v3.11.0 by Qauckster but I have a problem. When I connect to the hotel it won't load, The emu comes up with a exception. When I close the server is disconnects all the users even though they can't get in. Can I get help?
