Phoenix EMU drops connections right away

How do i fix this it when i get on my hotel now it shows my connection coming in on phoenix, then it drops me right away before i get on hotel and takes me straight to the reload.php page. It never did this to me before, how do i fix this i gladly appreciate anything you can do to help me

when my users get on the client, it automatically goes to the reload.php page once the client fully loads. How do i fix this? my other posts have not been Answered, this is sorta important since my hotel has been down for 2 days because of this,

THIS STARTED HAPPENING AFTER THE FORCE UPDATE I DID NOT ADD ANYTHING TO MY DB AND I HAVENT ADDED THINGS FOR A MONTH just incase you wondered. I really need help and i appreciate anything you can do, i have tried to fix this by making a fresh db with the 3.11.0 db but it still does the same thing with the phoenix it has to be with phoenix itself somehow.

My connections just drop as soon as the client loads for me or my users and just kicks us to the reload.php page.

Can someone help me ? and i also tried turning the secure sessions off and that does not work either. If you can help guys i really need the help.


Note: No one on Otaku will reply to my thread so i came here its been 2 days since this happend and no one can tell me anything helpful.
