Phoenix EMU Error - Please Help

So I am currently setting up my hotel again but the error coming up i have not seen before and do not know how to solve, here is an image of the emu error:

and my site comes up blank like this for some reason:

Please can someone either help me build a hotel completely for $5 or can someone help me with these errors as i haven't had these before.

Hey there @Tomlecool
As you see in the emulator error it says "Connecting to database..." that usually means you have entered the wrong MySQL settings in your configuration file.
1. Make sure you have entered the correct MySQL Information in bin > debug > config.conf (If you use normally Phoenix).
2. The client issue. If the whole page stays white, it might be because of your web-gallery (UberCMS) or the Apache version (Xampp).
I cant see any localhost/client so I assume number 2 answered it.
3. If you still get white / black client after the emulator runs successful and / or CMS as well, make sure you have configured external_variables.txt correct in your swf folder.
