As i had before my client was only loading halfway and stopped i was told to update my phoenix i had before 3.7.1 now i have 3.11.0 and i have a little bug its maybe an SQL problem but there seems to say...
Loading Roles... Failed to boot. Key not found

Can you please post your config.conf contents, removing your password and any other private information.
