I get this error when i try to starting phoenix

Problem 2:
I heard i have to change lanugh settings to add downfall v10 catalogue!
Is there a way to change it?

127.0.0.1;localhost change to 127.0.0.1 and your game tcp ip cjhange to your ip aswell

Aight , if you're using a vps , use your vps ip.
