This is a Database problem.
Phoenix v3.11.0 is very old, upgrade to the latest version of Phoenix.

I would recommend going away from Phoenix, as the creator (Aaron) has stoped funding and making new developments, so move onto a more reliable and developed emulator.

If your wanna stick with phoenix though, you probably didn't set the interaction_mode for these wired. When I used phoenix I had to set the interaction_mode for those wireds.

Something like Butterfly, very new and some developed versions support horses, groups, etc.
Like in my hotel (hazzix.com)
