    I have a problem with the source of phoenix 3.11.
    When I try to edit ChatCommandHandler.cs for edit the command :info, Visual Studio gives me an error in the compilation.
    When I try to write ":info" on the client always popping up rights default.
    MY ENGHLIS IS SOO LOW!
