[PhoenixEMU] No HC dances?

So, I just moved over to Phoenix and none of the dances are working besides the regular "Dance". Pogo Mogo, Duck Funk, The Rollie, none of them work!

I made sure I had HC in the database and on the client. They just don't work!

Anyone else got this issue or have a solution?
