Phpadmin table error

So I'm on my database and I try clicking on 'Users' to give myself staff as I am making my own retro&as I click onto it, it comes up with this message -
#1146 - Table - 'phpmyadmin.pma_table_uiprefs' doesn't exist.
I know how to add tables in etc, but I do not know what to type in as I am only a beginner and really want to get this hotel up and running!
If you know how to sort this error out, please get back to me in the comments below!

You need to find the 'users' table to give yourself staff, the users you're probably clicking on is MySQL user related, not actual users of the retro.

Im clicking the one on the left side man, I know what to click ect :p
But eh, you can close this thread now[if you can], I sorted it, thankyou anyway.
