[Plus EMU] Debug not Working

Hi,
Right to the point my issue seems to clearly be that my visual studios isn't allowing me to debug my .cs files for Plus EMU. Whenever I click "Debug", click f5/fn+f5 or click the "play" button it doesn't work. They're greyed out (Screenshot by Lightshot).

Any solutions would be fab thanks,
