Plus Emu, Mod tools Bans not working. [Help]

Hey, The Mod tools ban's are not working, i think it a source in the client file but i don't know how to fix it.

Banning with commands work eg :Machineban 'user' 'reason' works
if i use Mod tools to ban it will only disconnect the user.

Running on : Plus Emulator Phoenix d.b
