Plus Emulator - Wired User says keyword

Hello,

Our hotel is using Plus Emulator, edit by AKllX.
We are encountering a problem, when we tried Wired, User says keyword doesn't work. The function isn't triggered.
When I tried the Plus Emulator of Johno, it worked, but it's not an option to use this one.
The sources are very similar to eachother, and I started comparing, to find changes which had to do with Wired triggers and chat events.
No luck.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or is there anyone who could help us?
