Plus emulator won't start

Check to see if everything has been setup correctly for the emulator and try getting a clean plus db that hasn't been bugged.

Go to ItemManager.cs and find this: height = Convert.ToDouble(dRow[6]);
change it to; height = Convert.ToDouble(dRow[6], System.Globalization.CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);

and start up the emulator. It should work now.

The catalogue database is broken or the conversions are not correct.
