[Plus] Plus Emulator Connect to Proxy

Hello there.
I use Plus Emulator on my hotel, and when I put my Proxy IP in client.php the client won't work. When I change the Proxy IP in the client.php back to my original one, it works fine.
What can be the problem for this?
