PlusEMU - Hotel View Text, Changing It?

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to change the text/images on the hotel view for PlusEMU.

The one in the top left corner and the top one can be done via database (the tables are hotelview_) and for the rest; The images will be linked via the external_variables and the writing in the external_flash_texts.txt file.
