Is the spirite id is correctly linked to the furnidata?
Looks like it not.

or catalog_items is not correctly linked to items

I think this is related to the furnidata.xml and furnidata_en.xml issue people are having, perhaps. There should be a couple or more furnidata.xml files in your SWFs, try using the one with 'en' in it or a different one. Good luck!
