problem in config.php

Hey guys I need help i try to connect to my hotel on localhost but when i write local host in the bar

i only get this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in C:\xampp\htdocs\app\management\config.php on line 35

What is on line 35 of that file ?

As Johno said if you provided that line would help alot however check all ip's are correct and mus sockets etc
