It seems that your figuredata and figuremap are wrong. I saw a post related to that and someone came with a good resolution:

Download the figuremap from http://images-eussl.habbo.com/gordon.../figuremap.xml
And download the figuredata from http://www.habbo.com/gamedata/figuredata
