[Problem] r63 Habbo Retro

Hello

Firstly I'm probably right that this isn't the correct place to post this thread, but I know none of any other and apologise.

I'm trying to set-up a Habbo Retro using Phoenix 3.7.1 and RevCMS 1.9.9.9.

I have my initial website functioning and set-up, but when I try to connect to the hotel client I get this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\xampp\htdocs\thehabbos_api\class.validate.php on line 33

Now I'm not entirely sure to what this means, but would appreciate any help at all.
If you need any additional information just ask!

I'm not too knowledgeable into these sort of things.
