Problem with my Website [Cloudflare]

I use my VPS as the Web Server and is connected by CloudFlare with my Domain.
I asked one friend that knows a lot about CloudFlare that configures all the things of my Website there,and he did it,and i asked a lot of people that they never enter on my Hotel if the page works for them,and some people says that the Page works,and some people says that the Page doesnt work.(For me it doesnt work even if i delete my Cache)

I think the problem is CloudFlare becuase i can enter my Hotel by my VPS IP.

¿Do you know what happens? ¿Do you know another alternative similar like CloudFlare to use as a Web Server? Thanks.

If your sure cloudflare is causing this error, change the client link (when you click the enter button) to direct.habbodevinci.es/client.

The "direct" cname is added automatically by Cloudflare and when used bypasses Cloudflares CDN. This should stop your error if you are sure Cloudflare is causing this issue.
