Problems with Comet Emulator

Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with Comet Emulator.

Whenever I use the guide tool, and I (staff) accept a guide tool help request my screen disappears and the request from the user stays on hold. (?)

Hope someone can help me, I already adjusted some of the perks and permissions etc.
