[R63]Phoenix Emulator add Commands[HELP]

Hey Ragezone,

I need some help with Adding new Commands to the R63 Phoenix Emulator Source. Im not good in C# and my Project Partner has to leave the Project because of Private Problems. Can someone help me or teach me how to add a new command?
