R63 Roleplay - :create command

Hello,

I've recently been searching and looking for a command which can be used in a production company on a roleplay: For example,

Jesus-Riotelli says :create 1
*Starts creating Fish and chips*
(Timer: 10/10)
When finished:
*Successfully finishes creating fish and chips*

This command is used on many different r63 roleplay hotels but I'd like the source or code.
