Wild guess, but I think you're missing something to do with the <graphics> tab, which was mentioned previously.

I don't think i am missing it, i took a shirt from my other shirts that are working and edited them and edited the part id and the name in the swf and they are working on the hotel the other shirt but this new one doesnt work.
