I need a good r63a emulator - preferably one with it's own database. And maybe a compatible cms. I can't seem to find one that doesn't need a ton of fixing. :/

to start off with the emulator... considering u didn't mention anything about creating something yourself, i asume you don't know how to code but you wnat to create something for fun. Now i would recommend using Azure 2.0 (not out yet 1.9 is out) And i would recommend waiting for 2.0, because the build it is now has some major bugs that people can use for grantage. With that emulator you can use any revcms edit really.
