[r63A Zaps Emu] Commands?

Hello,
I downloaded Zap's emu earlier and thought it was pretty neat. I coded a few commands in another emu (BCStorm) and all of that was in CommandHandler.cs however it's not in there for the Zaps emu source. And I've looked in a few different please but still can't find it. I've searched google too - nothing. Could someone please put me out of my misery and tell me where it is?
