R63b and CMS?

Hello!

Currently I am working on my own hotel, but since I haven't been active with retro for some years ago, I don't remember so much. But now I will try to start up a new retro, and I've heard that there is a R63b under development. Any tutorials for setup or anything similar? And it's not officially released yet? I have seen many hotels are using it, so well it's possible to download it it guess? Good. And I wondering if the RevCMS is supported in R63b, the emulator and everything? I am kinda confused, so sorry for my newbie skills that I remembering. I've seen the files, but I just getting confused when I see them, anyone give me some information? :)
