What do you recommend in which versions?
R63B or R63?

I recommend you using RevCMS.

For the emulator you can choose between R63 (Phoenix Cracked (Since license servers are down 4 ever), Butterfly R96c) and for R63b bcstorm which is a messed up shit emulator or any other habbolatino rename.
