When I try to register I come across this

I've tried IIS and it worked successfully but it kept saying I had invalid details when I tried to login, but when I checked Navicat the user I just created wasn't there, so I thought it was an IIS thing, therefor I installed Xampp.
Helpp??
Dont use realityRP.. it reloads every hour with a stackoverflow exception..
