Rev CMS - Timestamp / Time

Hello on my revcms new page it shows the time the post was made is there anyway I can set that time to grab the uk time or could someone direct me to where to edit this show it shows uk time?

I used to just grab the timestamp from the most recent in the chatlogs. It isn't the best method but should do for now.

Huh? Could you explain where the dates are for the news page is there away way to change the dates
