RevCMS 1.9.9.9 Error ~ IIS 7.5 ~ 403 Forbidden Access.

Okay So I've been trying to make a hotel lately using revcms and IIS 7.5, but It is telling me I have forbidden access when I try on my computer, but on the virtual server it comes up with this:



I have converted .htaccess into web.config, Even though I did install helicon ape. Hope someone can help me with this! Thanks for your time. ~Joel.
