Switch to a different mitigation solution, CloudFlare does have a basic mitigation in their network but this isn't their primary focus, just that.

I prefer RGZ Sponsor, as it works 100%, without downtimes, crashes or issues. And the support is very competent as well.

They are not cheap if compared to these resellers of course, but you get what you pay for, mainly when we are speaking about IT and Internet.
