RevCMS Fatal Error!!

It says

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type __PHP_Incomplete_Class as array in C:\xampp\htdocs\r63\app\class.users.php on line 12

On line 12 in RevCMS is;

if(isset($_SESSION['user']['id'])) 

So I'm assuming when you login it won't work? If not, where are you getting this error at..?

When I go to my localhost link, it instantly comes up with
