Revcms habbo theme 2 errors

Well I've encountered 2 errors... a news article one.. I post a news article and all it says is

"{Newstitle-1}" With a gray background....


my other error is... If I open Housekeeping It white screens.... But If I put ase/index.php it works...

I'm using IIS with helicon ape.... Oh yeah If you guys could help me out on this one to I'll be greatful I'm trying to add rank id "100" to my staff page and it only goes up to rank id 8 I tried to make it go to 100 but it says on 8... help?
