[RevCMS][PHP] Clicking the register button does nothing?

Hello,

well, title states it. If I click 'Register' it basically reloads the page, clearing all info and that's it. No information inserted into the DB, no errors, nothing.

Thoughts? Every other register works fine. How ever this one works differently. It's pre-loaded onto the index page like how it is on the Habbo Index, you click the button and it's slides in and you fill out the form. How ever, clicking the register button in this case does nothing.
