Several weird issues with Plus Emulator

Good evening, ragezoners!

My hotel is currently facing some weird issues that works perfectly fine on other hotels (atleast it seems, correct me if I'm wrong),

First of all, groups don't work. The "Group-purchase" part don't work at all. The pictures and colors won't show. Anyone got an idea of what's wrong? It should be mentioned that we don't use the same catalogue as in the release, we use a modified version of Jess's release.
Room ads won't save and occur on the screen. It's pretty flat out actually, it just don't work. No error, just nothing. As I mentioned above, it should be mentioned that we don't use the same catalogue as in the release, we use a modified version of Jess's catalogue release. What we did do though, was to play around with the emulator source a bit, obviously trying to fix the bug. We actually managed to fix it in some ways, but we kept getting d/c after reloading the room. We aren't really that great C# coders though, may just be that we create more bugs than we solve.
When you double-click the "User says keyword" trigge, the menu won't open! Works perfectly with the same files at local, but dosen't work at all in the public hotel.

Just a general question, is it possible to disable the "Users can walk through each-other" function? We plan to host a HF Cup, and we really want the event to function and work out properly.

Another quick question guys, how do I add the feature that the user can choose to have no face (eyes, nose or what so ever) at all??
