Sharing Hotel Database?

Is it possible to someway change the settings so someone else, from another computer, could access the database and the hotel files?

I have a hamachi hotel, and I want to share the files and database with a friend, Dalton, but I don't know how to... Is this even possible? :L

You are able to give people restrictions you just need to edit your http-conf or something to allow you or your.friends ip adress..
