it is ads_background and only staff members are able to use it so I dont know why you but it in the regular shop.

Also you tried emty your cache?
Make sure the swf is in you hof_furni folder.

I think his problem is that when he clicks it, nothing shows up

Do not know what I did wrong. I have downloaded ads_backround.swf and added a picture of the SIMS room in htdocs + R63! : P
So do not really know what to do now: o

Can u give me the ads_backround or what u talking about or show me on team viewer?

Give me link for the SWF file with the SQL in it. I will try this on my hotel
