Snowstrom EMU?

Hi i would like to know if there is an EMU that has a stable snowstorm or can i get snowstorm with any emu? Where can i get more information?

I dont think snowstorm was actually 100%, but I do remember using a v26 emu and using it... It might of been one of @Zak© 's edit... Not sure
