Someone give me a good r63 / r63b emulator?

I just want a good, working, easy to setup emulator, I've tried BCStorm but the SQL file throws shit loads of errors and when I got it to work it was saying columns had the wrong values so I don't want to use BCStorm, I've used the R63A Jonteh released but I can't get the furni to stay in rooms and last time I checked he didn't add the SQL file to the download and no errors are being added to the error log so it's kinda annoying. I refuse to use Phoenix because it's just too limited.

So please give me a link for a good Emulator which isn't one of the above! Can't find one anywhere.

Sorry the above probably makes me sound like a total noob who is rubbish at setting up emulators but if I don't try I will never learn.
