SQL Fail - How do i solve it?

Hi! I've got a problem with my CMS sql.

SQL query:

alter table users add designer enum('1','0') DEFAULT '0'
MySQL said:
#1060 - Duplicate column name 'designer'

How do i solve this? ^^

You already have that designer column on users
Can you provide a screenshot of your users table?
