Keep in mind this is unsafe, and people will easily be able to resolve the IP.

But the thing is, I have a VPS server for my hotel and 1 VPS server for my proxy which has an own IP. I guess that isn't possible

Yes, the VPS will be sending the traffic back to your real server. You will need to make the game.yourdomain.com the IP address of the proxy VPS.
