[SWIFT] Achievements Dialog

Hey guys,

I've been hunting around for this for months but am still unable to find a fix for achievements in SiwftEMU (specifically the dialogs)

During this time I have gone through the emulator (etc etc) and I've gone through packet headers too.
The problem is that whatever myself (and my main hotel tech) have tried, we just cannot get the dialog to show.

Is this an SWF bug from that revision, is there a missing variable in the external_vars, or am I completely forgetting something?

I had it working on my edit before I lost it. I believe it was something to do with the packet, I remember Rafa helping me out with it. Double check it's actually the one
