Faceless commands BFLY Can anyone code it please ! =D

Example :
:facelessM(this is the male) it will update my LOOKS as faceless here is the Figure ( ch-215-66.hd-99999-2.sh-3154-66-66.lg-270-66.hr-100-31 )
:falelessF(this is the female) it will update my looks as faceless here is the figure ( ha-3173-84.hd-99999-2.lg-3216-102 ) Please Update The Gender Example :facelessM it will update the gender to M in the database and :facelessF it will update the gender to F in the database
