Swiftemu Debug problem?

Yes, i have my emu off and when i go to c# for Swift and go to debug it doesn't give me the option to do it? like it wont let me click it or anything.

I added that but when i close the emu and open c# and click Debug it says i cannot do anything still like i click Debug still nothing.

It won't let me start it with F5 either.
