Hello, does anybody know how to change the text and informations in :about / :info (Phoenix EMU)?

You have to change it in the source code...
And don't be selfish and remove copyright information, because people doing so cause developers to obfusciate their source code and try to prevent it from being decompiled.

As C# solutions you should use Microsoft Visual 2013 or anything similar.
