Hey, I'm just wondering what is the best CMS or REVCMS theme to use which contains no exploits?

Most revcms themes should work without any major problems, just take a look at the comment section to see if there is anyone complaining. However, revcms does come with an exploit you have to fix (public function forgotten password)

I recommend revcms. But if you know alot , ubercms could become a great cms with further dev.
