Translate the Mod Tool

I'm trying to translate my mod tools but I can't find something about it.
I've tried it with HabboUI and searched the whole external texts.

Can someone explain me how I can translate it?

Isn't it hardcoded in the Habbo.swf file? If so, you need to use RABCDAsm.

Download the HabboUI and open your Habbo.swf with him when open search for " START PANEL " as in this example:

Now just translate :-D
