Trying setup habbo retro With ISS, but coming 404 [HELP]

Im trying install RevCMS to my vps, but when i installed it comes 404 page, and the index not opening..

Im imported .htacces to URL Rewrite. etc. but why not working???

Install Helicon Ape

Use URL Rewrite and import the .htaccess, it's better than Helicon Ape.

ISS made me laugh a little. (international space station) I think you mean IIS. (internet information services) Haha, however, I think you did something wrong then, can you post your web.config?

Download XAMPP apache, it is much more reliable..
