Ubercms housekeeping.

Hello i have ubercms
When i go to my housekeeping link i try to login using my username and password,
after pressing enter, the page refreshes back to http://mylink/manage/index.php?=login
and says my info is wrong

if you can tell me how this can be fixed and whats causing it ?

check your rank and which rank it's taking, it will show that page to staff but will give that if their rank isn't high enough.. even though the details are correct.

How can i check that, im rank 10, and the highest rank is 10 in the db what file can i check in housekeeping to see what rank its reading from ?
